My name is Scott W, I am the owner and sole developer of Mission Valley Web Design. I used to be a solar electrician and worked out of town, far from my family, for months at a time. I started to learn how to code in late 2022 when I realized that living on the road wouldn't allow me to be as involved in my family's growth as I desired. I've built dozens of websites, small applications and a video game - writing tens of thousands of lines of code along the way.

When I realized that most web agencies demand massive upfront payments, I quickly understood there was a demand from small businesses for a different approach. Many don't have the funds to be able to afford to pay thousands upfront, and the ones that do often have an awful experience working with someone who takes advantage of them and leaves them with subpar results - terrible websites that look like they were made by someone completely out of touch with modern designs. This leaves them in a tough position: they either can't afford the cost of a great website and if they can, they don't know who to trust to build one for them. Our business model was specifically designed for these businesses in mind - $0 upfront and $150 per month. An affordable price for a professional website that won't bankrupt them in the process.
